One of the hunting temples in Las Ventes with Peña Aguilera, because here since you enter through the door it is more than obvious that it occupies a prominent place in both gastronomy and decoration. The deer or 'venao' prepare it in very different ways: the ajillo, in salsa, in carbonara, in adobo, in croquettes... but the star dish, is noticed because it is the most requested, is the stew deer.
