Le Petit Clos4.8Very close to the Maison Bonaparte, in a quiet street, residents and summers come here for their tables of sausages, abruchettes (9 €) and cheeses that are marched with a good wine card (5 €/ cup) at very correct prices. There is also a small gourmet shop (with preserved and wine). |
Mani Nourritures Terrestres4.2Romuald Royer, alias Mani - who already regained in Propriano a bakery and tea room for exquisite palates, opened this place in the spring of 2016 taking over from the Estaminet. In both the high tables of the terrace and in the cozy interior dining room with elegant floor of damero you can choose something to mingle served in modern jars (marinated tuna, octopus salad, stuffed mussels...) or choose a more elaborate dish, such as beef head carpacho with tomato, an exquisite beef burger, beef solomillo with myrtle and wasabi or beef kidneys. The desserts are not left behind, with an amazing crumble of cookies and a memorable version of strawberry cake. In the wine letter, well-assorted and inspired, it will be impossible to stick to a single option. |
Le Bilboq3.8An entire institution in Ajaccio, this establishment is run by Jean Jean and son. Here comes your lobster with spaghetti (and not the other way around!), the unique dish of the house. The pattern states that, if the lobster is scarce, before serving anything else, he would rather close the restaurant. Ideal to enjoy before your tables in a pedestrian street, as if of the song Ajaccio de Tino Rossi. It is recommended to book. Just dinner. |
Le Bosco4.4Located in the old town, this restaurant famous for its fish is rarely disappointed. After delights with delicious pumpkin bun as an inlet, one can try some mussels to the corsa, linguini with sea fruits, fried fish, and fish as emperor, capon or San Pedro. The service may be a little slow in high season, but the prices are reasonable and the environment is cozy. A safe value. |
