Aliva Refuge

Hotel Áliva, located in an area of the impressive Picos de Europa National Park, opens its doors every year in mid-May offering accommodation, restaurant and cafe every day until October. The Hotel Aliva, at 1,670 meters, was a small high mountain shelter on the ridge of the meadows, which in the 1990s was expanded by CANTUR and turned into a small mountain hotel. It is located in a protected area and in a unique and ideal environment to explore and do some hiking routes or simply disconnect. In particular it is located at the foot of the Peña Vieja wall of 2,617 meters, which is the highest mountain of Cantabria. The property has 24 rooms and a total of 70 places in double rooms, of four and up to six people. .
