Congosto Bridge
Built in the 12th century in masonry of little-worked granite stones, it rises on a rocky cut by which the ravenous waters of the Lozoya River run. Also known as the Canto Bridge, it is located in the course of the Lozoya River just a mile from the Pinilla reservoir, perhaps Canto is a very common name to name these historic bridges built with rough granite stones, this bridge of the Congosto is worth seeing, more than anything for the spectacular environment in which it is located.
