Almyros beach

The best and longest beach, just 2.5 km from the center of Agios Nikolaos. Its name is due to the Almyros River that flows on this beach and whose delta is a protected area. The beach is sandy while the waters are transparent and not very deep, making children happy. It is a beach organized with a canteen for those who want to refresh or eat under their umbrellas. Several water sports are offered. In the western part of the beach there are rental rooms and small hotels.
