Souro Natural Park

It can be considered one of the protected spaces that best represents the natural and ethnographic values of the Asturian mountain. It is one of the last reductions where nature is pure. The pioneering natural park of Asturias, since 2000 is also a Biosphere Reserve. It also has the cataloguing of ZEPA (a special protection area for birds), and LIC (a place of Community importance), as part of the Natura 2000 Network.
