Minoic Palace of Cnosos

A site that dates back 4000 years, in which to discover the sophistication of the minoics, the people that left so high the bar in art and engineering. It also has a plus of mythological resonances. They tell that it was the home of King Minos, the son of Zeus, and that the maze that hid the stubborn minotaur was built between its walls, from which only Theseus, with the thread of Ariadna, was able to escape safely.
