Bar Motrikes, another classic of the paintings on Somera Street in Bilbao. Motrikes is famous for its "txanpi," apparently a simple "Txampinon on the iron": Its fresh raw material, special sauce (a little spicy) and cooking mode make it a unique and successful painting.
