El Salado Mill

Extra virgin olive oil starch. They have it in several formats. On the farm oil has been made since 1715, but it was in 1940 that Antonio Troy Guardado began the production of virgin olive oil, in an almazara with the traditional cold pressing system. Since 1970 they have also cured hams and pallet of pigs that they themselves raise, which are marketed under the name of Hams Colunga.
