Puig d'en Valls mill

The recently restored Puig d'en Valls mill is the only example of Ibiza in which you can still appreciate the machinery and operation of these mills, which in ancient times were used as flour mills. Its existence has been recorded since 1791, but the arrival of new technologies and machinery in 1940 led to the cessation of its activity. Almost 200 years of full operation! !
