The Clavels

The Los Claveles Restaurant is located within the Pinar de Rascafría and within the Peñalara Natural Park a few metres from the Lozoya River. It has parking and a safe area for children. Los Claveles has been offering for decades a traditional cuisine that does not renounce the avant-garde using products from all over Spain chosen in the place of origin from the Piparras and olives of the appetizer, the cheese of Torremocha or the Cordoba saw, Chorizo de la Matilla, Morcilla de Soto Palacios, to its specialty the roast or fried cochinillo. The pastry shop is always made in its own kitchen.
