La Fontanilla

La Fontanilla, a source in which the ships of Colón were supplied with water, was a privileged witness of the Colombian gesta, being the only preserved building of what was the historic port of Palos. In this port, the Colombian ships were prepared, and from it Christopher Columbus left, at the dawn of August 3, 1492, to discover the New World. .
