The Cheese House

This small bar is called The Cheese House, and it is on the road that leaves Betancuria towards Pájara, in the south of the village. Although it is in the middle of the exit road of Betancuria, there is no nuisance of noises, cars or fumes. It is very small, with just 5 or 6 tables, but in which you can take a variety of tapas, or try 6 types of cheese that are made in 2 local cheese factories, and that are sold almost exclusively in this bar. Gabriel, the manager, will explain the differences between the cheeses you can try, and if you want to buy one of them, you can do it.
