The Piripi Bar

The Piripi Bar is the best in Alicante. You can choose "classic" tapas like a Russian salad, croquettes, the delicious and imaginative little... The quality of the raw material is seen in two things. The excellent Iberian (Iberian jams of acorn, roast cane, iber tasting...) with some additions such as those of the legendary salchichon of Vic Sendra (something they should declare in this country national monument). And on the other hand the excellent seafood that comes from the nearby fresh and tasty ports: chickeners, red shrimp, cigalas...) The seafood is complemented by things like sepionets, delicious or excellent squid. Leaving aside the 23 anthological montats that can be tasted in the bar and that go through cheeses, mojamas, eggs, Iberian, solomilos, etc appetizingly great... it is very difficult to select the best tapas of the Piripi... A genius is the pretty one in the scab... exquisite.. some half-rations of the home dishes (meatballs to wine, silos and paws, pork hands, full of cooked, etc.) make them proud. But there are also simple things that range from fried artichoke sheets, eggplants, cod salad with a chipped bottom, etc., which should not be left aside. And all this I didn't want to forget about the little kid chops, another delight. To all of this, if someone's tapas card is short, the letter from the Piripi Restaurant is also given to access, without restrictions, major words: exquisite rice from the Nou Manolín-Piripi family.
