Church of the Soccorso

The small and modest Soccorso church, located in an enclave overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, is one of the most beautiful points of reference in Ischia. This 14th-century, white, and restored in the 18th century, agutina church is located about ten minutes by car, in the direction of the western end of Ischia from the garden of La Mortella. It is located on a reinforced cliff, and the views can be magical at both dawn and sunset. Walk to the church of the beautiful Piazzale del Soccorso, which houses other historical buildings, such as the town hall.
