Pindal Cave
The Cave of El Pindal is a long, wide-mouth gallery that opens a few meters from the cliff in a landscape of unique beauty. The cave covers one of the most beautiful samples of the paleolithic art of the region, made up of a discreet group of animalistic representations, the main motif is the duo of the horse or the bison and, due to the rarity of this type of manifestation in the Cornisa Cantábrica, the figures of a fish and a mamut. These themes are joined by other symbolic ones whose interpretations still remain a challenge: scores, claviforms, sticks, triangles and a laciform are intercaled in the composition.
