Pipes (Midye dolması)

In many markets, even in street food stations you will watch mussels. The surprise is that these mussels are filled (in Turkish they are called Midye dolması). The filler is based on rice with casis, pineapples and adjoining with several spices. It is eaten as an incoming dish also in some restaurants, but in general it is a street food in which they even sell them per unit.
