While it is an unquestionably tourist place, with many shops and cafes, it also remains a quiet and active fishing port, with a charming old town full of narrow and winding streets, and local fishermen who still trade their catches in the main square. It has a slight resemblance to Gamla Stan in Stockholm. The center houses a multitude of elegant shops, bars and restaurants around the cobblestone streets, although the main attraction of the city remains its beautiful beaches.
