In a setera area par excellence, Carlos de Pablo researches with them and gets different dishes, a new way to interpret the mycological cuisine. The restaurant is in the centre of the village, in a 15th century palace house. Throughout the month of November they celebrate a day that is essential for the mushroom enthusiasts. As an alternative to the restaurant, the bar offers tapas, spikes and varied rations. The classics are the cigala torrezno, the chicken croquettes, the pancake and gamba brochets, and, not least, the famous Soria torrezno.
