Casa Morales

It is the typical Sevillian establishment of forced visit that maintains the essence with which it was founded. For more than 160 years the family owner of the Bodegas Morales de Sevilla has been serving its customers in the local traditions, located in the Barrio del Arenal. The vermu with siphon is called "Poet" in honor of Hilario Gutierrez, poet and client of the bar. When you enter, it seems that the time has not passed since the opening of the place, in 1850, as there remain intact its great wine slices, the veils and the wooden bar spent over the years, its watch and its cupboards. The star cap is the pringa (a little piece of meat that is very demenuated and splashed by a few pieces of morcilla and bacon), although you can also try the excellent chacinas, Iberian ham, chicharrones, Majorcan overcooked, grilled cheese or great anchovy.
