Nyhavn Canal
Nyhavn (new port) was built in the late 17th century as a channel that allowed direct access to the sea from the old city of Copenhagen. The current Nyhavn is a beautiful channel, jolted by the typical houses with colored facades (some of them date from 1681) that give rise to one of the best known postcards in Copenhagen. The channel is often docked by many wooden ships, which contribute to creating a special atmosphere that leads us to the past. From here you will get the boat tours that take you through the channels to La Sirenita and the Christiania district.
