Winery of the Ardosa

There is a place in Malasaña that reminds of those around the Plaza Mayor, where the vermut is served without ice and in small but long glass, to the old way. The Ardosa is so many years old - or more - that the cited ones, located in the oldest Madrid, and offers a centenary experience next to the square of San Ildefonso. The most exquisite palates will notice that the vermut that is served in the place does not have the strength of others that you have tried, but the environment in which you will drink it can even make it look like the best: the drink is enjoyed surrounded by old crystal, old bottles and supported on one of the tonels with which the vermut was released in bulk. The vermut in question is served with olives of exceptional taste, whose living room perfectly with the drink, to which some siphon is added by default. The hungry will be able to accompany the drink here by a pinch of the appetizing omelet that is always eating some other customer.
