Costas leaves early at dawn to go fishing and, hopefully, return with fresh fish, octopus, sea urchins and squid, while his mother is busy making and baking bread. In the traditional oven while his wife prepares dishes made with extra virgin olive oil of her own production, and Costas prepares the grills for the juicy meat offerings, her meals are made with love and warmth and you will taste the difference.
