1. Introduction

These general terms and conditions of use of the website regulate the terms and conditions of access and use of excursion.plus, which the user of the Portal must read and accept in order to use all the services and information provided from the portal. The user must at all times respect the terms and conditions established in these general terms and conditions of use of the portal. The user expressly declares that they will use the portal diligently and assumes any liability that may arise from non-compliance with the rules.

In any case, the portal reserves all rights over the content, information, data and services it holds. 7. Applicable law, jurisdiction and notifications

These conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Spain. For any claim, the courts and tribunals of Madrid shall have jurisdiction. All notifications, requirements, requests and other communications that the User wishes to make to the Company owning the Portal must be made in writing and shall be deemed to have been correctly made when received at the following address: Avenida Río Ebro 41, Alpedrete, 28430 Madrid.
